Choose the updates
Select the eligible categories and sports you want to follow. Available categories depend on your access.

Connect a channel
Use email, enable browser push on your device, or connect the private Telegram bot when your plan or add-on includes it.

Set your preferences
Save the settings and quiet hours that suit you. Revisit Account to adjust or switch off a category.
SMS is not currently available. Connecting a channel and enabling an eligible category are separate steps; a plan alone does not subscribe you to every alert.
