What it is

Weather Command Center is the park-conditions desk for a slate: stadium temperature, wind on the diamond or field, an explicit roof or dome state, and the carry context that belongs next to a total. It is not a generic forecast widget and not a soccer wind still.
Why it is there
A posted total does not know whether the roof is open, whether the wind is blowing out to left, or whether the air is thick enough to hold a fly ball on the warning track. Those facts live on the field, not on a line screen.
The Command Center exists so park state is read in one place — before you treat a total as if the building and the air were neutral.
Why it is useful
Wind direction after the park bearing, roof or dome state, and carry all change how far a ball travels and how a total should be read. A closed roof is not the same game as an open one. A 12 mph wind out is not a 12 mph wind in.
Game-window forecast tiles keep the hours around first pitch visible, so a dry current reading is not treated as the whole night when rain sits later in the window.
How it works
On baseball cards the live surface is a diamond (WindBaseballField) with a center-field anemometer turret, carry arcs from home plate, and a roof or dome badge that stays explicit. Football venues use the 3D field (Wind3DField) with the same turret. MlbWeatherCard is the reusable stadium card: team, start time, field, carry, turret, and game-window hours.
Public team and stadium teasers explain the park. The live Command Center at /weather is membership-gated. The same weather is included with membership for every member. There is no standalone Weather checkout.
