Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-day first-purchase window

You may request a full refund of your first paid charge within 14 days of that charge. Email us from the address on the account. This is a first-purchase window, not a rolling one and not a no-questions guarantee on every bill.

Renewals, upgrades, and annual re-bills are not refundable just because you ask. An annual plan paid in full is refundable only against that plan's first charge, and only inside 14 days of that first charge date.

How to request one

Email billing@thecoldline.com from the address on the account. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You never need to contact your bank to reverse a charge. Email us first — it is faster, and we would rather refund you than have you dispute it.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free tier. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period. A first-purchase refund still requires an email inside 14 days of that first charge.

After 14 days

Outside the first-purchase window we still correct billing errors: a duplicate charge, a failed renewal you did not intend, or a prolonged service outage. We decline refunds — inside the window or after it — where there is evidence of account sharing, credential resale, automated scraping, cycling new emails to reset the window, chargeback-first disputes, or another material breach of the Terms of Service.

Who processes the payment

Payments are temporarily unavailable. Complete pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment information will be displayed before any future purchase. You are buying a sports research desk — live lines, game-day weather, and reports. We do not take wagers, sell picks, or pay prizes.

What you are buying

A subscription to sports analytics software, delivered instantly as access to this site. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. We do not accept wagers, hold funds for wagering, or place bets. No result is guaranteed — see Terms §5.
