Founding Access Terms

1. Program Window

Founding Access is a limited promotional program available through November 1, 2026. A maximum of 100 Founding Access ranks may be awarded. Any unclaimed ranks expire after November 1, 2026 and will not be reissued.

2. Founder Ranks

• Ranks #1-20: Founding Access Premium — Sharp at $99.99/month or Pro at $24.95/month for the life of one continuous paid membership. The rate ends when that membership ends. Yearly paid-in-full is 20% off those FA rates.
• Ranks #21-50: Founding Access Engaged — 25% off one monthly paid membership for a fixed 6-month window
• Ranks #51-100: Founding Access Bronze — 7-day Plate Read trial on the house, plus the lifetime founding badge

Founder ranks are awarded only when a user explicitly claims Founding Access while eligible and while ranks remain available. Completing actions alone does not reserve a rank. Ranks are permanent, never recycled, and never promoted: if a Premium member later forfeits a price, rank #21 does not move into Premium.

3. Qualification Rules

Premium Founder (#1-20) requires completion of the full eight-task Founding Access activation track, including the questionnaire.

Engaged Founder (#21-50) requires the questionnaire plus 10 consecutive qualified active days.

Bronze Founder (#51-100) requires the questionnaire and remaining availability. Includes a 7-day Plate Read trial that activates the moment the rank is granted.

4. Qualified Active Day Definition

A qualified active day requires all of the following while logged into an eligible account:

• At least 10 minutes of active use
• At least 8 meaningful interactions
• Usage across at least 2 distinct feature areas

Idle tab time, duplicate accounts, artificial engagement, scripted activity, refresh loops, or other non-genuine usage do not count toward qualified active days.

5. Rewards

Premium Founder: eligible for Sharp at $99.99/month or Pro at $24.95/month for the life of one continuous paid membership, or 20% off those FA rates if paid in full for the year. The rate ends when that membership ends.

Engaged Founder: eligible for 25% off one monthly paid membership for a fixed 6-month window. The benefit does not apply to annual billing.

Bronze Founder: receives the stated trial and founder badge/status benefits, but no billing discount.

Rewards are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold, shared, or assigned.

6. Claim, Expiration, and Forfeiture

Founder rewards are awarded only upon successful claim during the live program window. If a user becomes eligible but does not claim before the window closes, the rank is forfeited. The Cold Line is not obligated to honor expired or unclaimed founder benefits after the program closes.

A failed or action-required payment does not by itself end a Premium price. The price remains eligible while payment recovery and any stated grace period are active. A paid tier change without a break in paid access also preserves continuity. The price is forfeited only when paid access actually ends after recovery or final cancellation. A forfeited price is recorded against the original rank and is not transferred or reissued.

7. Abuse and Revocation

The Cold Line may deny or revoke Founding Access, founder ranks, badges, or pricing benefits in cases of fraud, account sharing, duplicate accounts, manipulated activity, scripted usage, abuse of the platform, or violation of the Terms of Service.

8. Payments and waitlist ranks

A Founding waitlist number is not a paid seat and is not permission to charge a card. We do not collect cards at application and will not auto-charge if a seat is later approved. An approved member must separately confirm any subscription in secure hosted Checkout. Premium founder-rate eligibility is limited permanently to immutable ranks #1–20. Total founding ranks are limited to 100 if the program remains open. Assigned ranks remain consumed even if a member later forfeits a price.

9. Interpretation and Changes

The Cold Line reserves the right to interpret eligibility, verify activity, and update these terms for clarity, compliance, or fraud prevention. Already-awarded founder benefits will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of grant unless revoked for abuse or violation.
