Founding Access Terms

1. Program Window

Founding Access is a limited promotional program available only during the first 90 days of the program window designated by The Cold Line. A maximum of 250 Founding Access ranks may be awarded. Any unclaimed ranks expire at the end of the 90-day window and will not be reissued.

2. Founder Ranks

• Ranks #1-20: Founding Access Premium
• Ranks #21-50: Founding Access Engaged
• Ranks #51-100: Founding Access
• Ranks #101-250: Founding Access Bronze

Founder ranks are awarded only when a user explicitly claims Founding Access while eligible and while ranks remain available. Completing actions alone does not reserve a rank.

3. Qualification Rules

Premium Founder (#1-20) requires completion of the full eight-task Founding Access activation track, including the questionnaire.

Engaged Founder (#21-50) requires the questionnaire plus 10 consecutive qualified active days.

Standard Founder (#51-100) requires the questionnaire and remaining availability.

Bronze Founder (#101-250) requires the questionnaire and remaining availability.

4. Qualified Active Day Definition

A qualified active day requires all of the following while logged into an eligible account:

• At least 10 minutes of active use
• At least 8 meaningful interactions
• Usage across at least 2 distinct feature areas

Idle tab time, duplicate accounts, artificial engagement, scripted activity, refresh loops, or other non-genuine usage do not count toward qualified active days.

5. Rewards

Premium Founder: eligible for the top-tier annual membership rate of $99.99/year for life, subject to applicable billing terms and continued eligibility.

Engaged Founder: eligible for 25% off monthly membership pricing for 6 months.

Standard Founder and Bronze Founder: receive founder badge/status benefits only unless otherwise stated by The Cold Line.

Rewards are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold, shared, or assigned.

6. Claim, Expiration, and Forfeiture

Founder rewards are awarded only upon successful claim during the live program window. If a user becomes eligible but does not claim before the window closes, the rank is forfeited. The Cold Line is not obligated to honor expired or unclaimed founder benefits after the program closes.

7. Abuse and Revocation

The Cold Line may deny or revoke Founding Access, founder ranks, badges, or pricing benefits in cases of fraud, account sharing, duplicate accounts, manipulated activity, scripted usage, abuse of the platform, or violation of the Terms of Service.

8. Interpretation and Changes

The Cold Line reserves the right to interpret eligibility, verify activity, and update these terms for clarity, compliance, billing processor requirements, or fraud prevention. Already-awarded founder benefits will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of grant unless revoked for abuse or violation.
